it all starts with a small batch of lightly candied almonds,
good cake flour and organic cage-free eggs
here we go, putting all the pieces together
layers of fluffy Vanilla-Almond White Velvet Cake,
sandwiched between Swiss Meringue Buttercream + Candied Almonds
5 shades of pink buttercream frosting
two pink ombre cake tiers ready for assembly,
and a gilded Oh Baby! cake topper
The amazing views of the La Cañada Flintridge Country Club and rays of sunlight provided a natural backdrop for the dessert table that paired perfectly with my simple organic-inspired baby shower cake.
